Problem
Two engineering orgs needed to ship many client-specific iOS apps from a single codebase, with biweekly release cadence and client-specific configurations.
Approach
Tuist-based modular project setup. Reusable feature modules. Bitrise + Fastlane release pipeline. GitLab CI for the Teamly variants. Internal tooling (bash + GitHub Actions) for App Store status tracking across the fleet.
Outcome
70+ ioki app variants on shared Swift + Tuist with biweekly releases co-run by one engineer. Teamly: stable multi-client builds with reduced duplication and improved maintainability.
